Conducive Working Environment!

Pros

While working as an intern at the Singapore branch, I greatly enjoyed the working environment there. There were little office politics and employees were generally willing to assist with issues I had. The HR department organized monthly outings for the company as well, allowing for the fostering of friendships and much-welcomed de-stressing.

Cons

None that I can think of currently.

Many, for a starters.. no clarity on job profiles, no one has any idea what to assign and wht to work for. Very narrow minded, uncivilized and low educated middle level management

Oveall a good company. People are friendly and the back office is very helpful. You will have a lot of flexibility to do your work. Most of the time, there is not much work pressure.

Cons

Rather greedy, do not expect a raise or a huge bonus. If the economy goes down, be expect that there is a massive laid off.
