A strong brand but culture, pay and treatment of staff has deteriorated rapidly.

Pros

For the time being the brand amongst clients remains strong meaning the business done is diverse and interesting. Met some really talented, good people.

Cons

Over the time I worked there the culture fell away, staff were worked harder and harder, working hours extended all whilst remuneration fell (at the same time senior management talk about staff being their greatest asset) and there has been an exodus of good people over the last 2 years.

Brilliant group of peers. Possibility to move within the company.

Cons

Severe lack of diversity. In terms of progression, being the right sort of person (hunting, shooting fishing) often more important than being exceptional at your job. Not enough room for progression as an administrator. Salary is not benchmarked so people doing the same job can be on vastly different salaries.
