Amazing calibre of people to work with, fantastic location and Brand recognition.

Cons

Toxic environment, racist workplace, management keeps changing and therefore the goal posts keep shifting, poor remuneration, no recognition and no career development. Glorified call centre.

Global agent with a phenomenal brand and room for personal development. Very fluid company which can give enough opportunities to move to other local and international regions to work in. Very excited about future prospects.

Cons

Very traditional, more diversity needed. Still a predominately white male company
