Poor pay. Bullying culture. HR does nothing. Respect for staff went downhill with a lot of experienced people leaving due to a toxic working environment.

Lots of great colleagues. If you're lucky and work hard at the right time promotion might open up but there is a ceiling to how high you go.

Cons

Zero support when dealing with personal issues. Bullying. Lots of drugs at senior levels.
