- Staff nights out - paid for by the company - Good social events - Discretionary Bonus

Cons

- Company full of egos, if you're not a top dog you're basically worthless - The kind of company to sweep HR related problems under the carpet - Very corporate and not in a good way

When I got offered the job at KF I thought I had made it ... top in the class of estate agency. How wrong can one person be. The perception is that they are a great company and know what they are doing. In reality the middle management team run around in circles, back stabbing each other. I was one of the lucky ones, my face fitted but if your face didn't fit your life was made very difficult. Glad to be out of the chaos

There are some great people there. Nice office. Leadership has vision but always in execution phrase.

Cons

Runs like a small business. Under/not well resourced. All department keeps to themselves. Very much lack of structure, guidelines & policies.
