Colleagues are generally nice and friendly.

Cons

So many things in KFPL changed with the new Group Managing Director who join in 2019. Super high turnover, long serving employees also leave. Morale very low. Senior Management do not know how to value employees and only wants to recruit NEW people with higher titles and pay. Employee grievances doesnt mean anything to the company as employees are their least priority. People are still leaving now and department head and the whole HR team has also left. It says so much.

supports individual decision making can be well paid if you deliver results

Cons

huge staff turnover easy to steal credit for hard work from others not very interested in long term fee income businesses huge and unresponsive bureaucracy eg. legal dept costs out of control poor investment in technology/systems proprietary partnership model broken - terrible for women, promotes nice but dim young/middle aged white blokes, senior partner is always compromise candidate

Terrible culture, aggressive HR, and very poor feedback system. Do NOT work here
