KF Singapore is in a dire situation - Manager Knight Frank Employee Review

So many things in KFPL changed with the new Group Managing Director who join in 2019. Super high turnover, long serving employees also leave. Morale very low. Senior Management do not know how to value employees and only wants to recruit NEW people with higher titles and pay. Employee grievances doesnt mean anything to the company as employees are their least priority. People are still leaving now and department head and the whole HR team has also left. It says so much.
