Pros

Employees are kind caring motivated indviduals who love to come in everyday with a smile on there face. Not really, that was a joke. But some employees are managable while others, you can tell, feel like there in hell.

Cons

Its has the worst pay rates, ther is no opportunity for advancement, i know people who have been there many many many years and make barely over what my beginning rate was

Pros

At least the internet acces is not as limited as with others, and there is acces to Micromedex, which is a rareity in retail pharmacy.

Cons

"Incompetency ahoy" should say it all! From lack of communication, to store management concerning themselves with their bonuses BEFORE the rest of the store, to lack of qualified human resource managers, this company has gone downhill rather quickly. It used to ba an awsome company prior to bankruptcy and merger with sears holding.

Pros

Felt more personal than huge MegaMart type place. Treated with respect by employers generally. The store does not feel as intimidating or as sterile as other larger stores which makes it much less stressful on the employee and more conducive to lively enthusiastic employees.

Cons

Even with great customer feedback over a duration raises are not common or only barely incremental. Also even after working for a long duration their with a more specialized position you may still have to when times get tough just be a regular cashier. Sometimes they will let entire departments go untended by staff and just run cashiers at the front of the store. This is unfair to the customer who has to struggle for help and very stressful on the employees.
