It's only good if you have no other options. The pay is fairly regular and without error and it's pretty easy to get hired there.

Cons

Everything. The employee/employer relationship is very demeaning and the environment is too hostile. The other employees are lazy and don't adhere to the rules; it's a very lax atmosphere.

Great people to work with, and a great atmosphere. Have to love working with fun and sometimes crazy people! Go Kmart

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity to advance. Working as their best salesperson (just by myself i was getting 2 credit cards a day) i had no opportunity to advance in the company.

friendly fun very even paced work environment with alot of opportunity for adcanacement with each day you want to work even harder to make managers happy.

Cons

The pay is minimum other competitors pay more for supervisor and management positions so yo may want to consiver to get a better position in company.
