Pros

Would work around class schedule. Overall fun people to work with.

Cons

Tough to get hours sometimes. Gave everyone the same raise even if they did not work as hard as others.

Pros

-People I work with are really easy to get along with. -Get you discount at Sears too. -Flexible with scheduling. -Not much caddiness. -Customer oriented, we really will try our best to help all customers. -Have different fun things through out; rewards prizes, sidewalk sales, etc -Redeeming rewards points is nice.

Cons

-About 90% of employees need a secondary source of income (10% being management) -Raise freeze for 5 years... come on. -Not organized- too many overides needed while ring up customers which slows down lines and have to wait for one person to overide you while they are busy themselves. -Lack of communication. Kinda like playing telephone by the time you hear it its wrong. -No discount on sale items. -Not efficient with department and making sure everyones breaks are covered. -Open on thanksgiving :( -Registers always break down.

Pros

Position advancement Flexible schedule good management okay pay if promoted vacation days and personal time can be a fun working enviornment with the right management team employee discount 1st picks

Cons

mandatory weekends pay raises mainly through position advancement have to deal with all walks of life expensive sub par health insurance many of the lifers have a chip on their shoulder and expect you to know it all after having virtually no training slow seasons where hours get cut and you have to take PTO in order to get a full weeks paycheck cold in the winter, hot in the summer the customer is always right if they complain enough and call corporate its a numbers game
