      Pros

      They gave me a decently stable part time job at a time when no one was hiring.

      Cons

      The management was juvenile and terrible. The store itself was on the bottom rung of the Corporation's list. This was due to poor management, low motivation to work from employees, and the fact that most people lasted maybe a month before quitting.

      Pros

      Kmart is on the verge of recognizing some prime opportunities to increase customer satisfaction. There is a very strong loyalty base among customers.

      Cons

      60 hour work weeks at a minimum. While I am thankful to have a job, I don't like to be threatened about how it could be taken away when I ask for a day off. I distinctly ask about the work/life balance before coming on board and was told that the company loves family. I never see my family and I guess they meant that I would soon love my Kmart family.
