Cons
Bad management, bad pay, stupid policies that prevent you from helping customers, high rate of turnover, incompetent employees, ancient computers. The management is forced to enforce stupid policies. There is NO employee trust--even when you've worked there for years, they do not trust you with ANYTHING. It is made explicitly clear that there are NO raises. Corporate treats their employees like incompetent robots, and hatch moronic plans, like "Shop Your Way Rewards," that lose the company money, annoy customers, and provide meaningless hoops for entry-level employees to jump through. The register software is ancient, ugly, difficult-to-use, and poorly-designed. Management commits fraud and it is ignored if reported to corporate.
