      Pros

      Somewhat flexible scheduling. If you suck up to management you can do whatever you want. If you pretend you don't know what you are doing, someone else will do your work for you.

      Cons

      Managers are unprofessional; criticize and gossip about associates, in front of other associates. Store manager shows favoritism.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
