Its a good start up job.

There are a lot of immature teenagers & adults working there who really do give a crap about their job, I on the other hand have a family to support.

the CoWorkers make it fun to be there..otherwise It gets pretty frustrating with the old systems and there "excellent" organization.

Cons

The machines need updated. Kmart needs a better overall reconstruction and if the stores were actually updated, we would have more business.

Good training for entry level LP associate.

Cons

No raises in 3 years, no consideration in career advacement. All they want is high numbers in shoplifting and associate apprenhension.
