      Good training for entry level LP associate.

      Cons

      No raises in 3 years, no consideration in career advacement. All they want is high numbers in shoplifting and associate apprenhension.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
