Pros

You absolutely need to make minimum wage for a few years and then fight for a fifty cent raise to progress your career, all the while being treated as if you are dispensable.

Cons

You will more than likely be treated as less than human. You will work in conditions that are bad for your physical well being. You will get the worst hours and work everyday you do not want to deal with another dissatisfied customer (holidays). You will be paid the absolute minimum that is legally allowed for as long as possible. You will essentially perform the duties of those who get paid marginally more than you and pretend they are extremely important to the company, when in actuality they stifle the efficiency of your work and demean you when you don't keep up appearances for them in order that they can receive a small bonus.
