Well, i guess some of the people can be nice , sometimes. You get a lot of experience dealing with some "unique" individuals which can become helpful later in life .

Cons

People that just got hired are making more than me and doing less work , they want everybody cross trained but that just leads to you being responsible for everything when they don't make the schedule correctly, managers are terrible they don't really know whats going on and talk to the associates below them with complete disrespect. You get completely chewed out for rewards cards and smart plans, and Rings per minute, but never have i ever gotten a "good Job" or "thank you "

You will learn how to do many different jobs.

Cons

The company has a never ending exodus of executive leadership most of them lasting only 6 to 8 months, thus you will be working hard to satisfy the latest flavor of the month. The company is not looking to be in the retail landscape in the future if they don't start to invest int the stores.
