Pros

-Young and start-up character -Friday Fika -Free seating -If you are an alpha-male, you play hard, work hard, work in product, engineering or sales and network with the right people you can move up the career ladder very quick and gain a lot of responsibility - Office in the center of Stockholm

Cons

- Its typically founder-lead company and that reflects also on the leadership structure. If you went to the same university with the founders, play poker or are somewhat in the friend-circle you have a career guaranteed. No matter how your employees rank you as a manager, or how much leadership experience you actually have. - Its very "alpha-male" dominated, sexist and aggresive environment, and this shows clearly in the work environment. Strong and assertive men do get the creds, versus strong and assertive women are rather seen as abrasive. - People, especially in certain leadership/management positions might manipulate information flow in order to prevent new competitive members of the team to become (more) successful in their career or add more value than themselves - its a typical Sales company, so other departments have naturally less impact. Especially Marketing is not needed whatsoever. No consumer brand company.
