      Pros

      There is a saying that one year at Klarna is like five years at any other company and it holds true. It's often high pace, loads of things going on and you're totally in for a wild ride. It's a fast growing company with great atmosphere and great people. It's one of those companies that never really bore you out cause you can be sure that your work routine is ever changing when working at Klarna.

      Cons

      The fast growth causes some friction in terms of these routines, very limited promotion opportunities ,"if you we're hired x you probably will end up being x" there seems to be some internal friction overall at Klarna. It's hard to put my finger on it but it can be felt.

      Young environment Start-up character If you like to continue "high-school" life, you will love it. .

      Cons

      Quite immature work place. Not family friendly. You better dont have a private life to take care of or kids. Sexist environment. Sr/Top management sends girls working in less senior positions half naked selfies and creates very awkward situations. Even when escalating this to your manager they just do not care. High work pressure. Burn-out are usual business. High-turn over rate of employees. The company has problems in retaining top talents.
