      Good pay, awful treatment

      Pros

      -pay is good -kids are amazing -off on weekends

      Cons

      -over worked staff because management doesn’t stop people from calling out every other day -teachers last an average of three months. I watched 50 people go in and out in under a year -the kids have no stability because they’re pushed everywhere -there’s no guarantee that you’ll get a break -the staff gossip so much it’s super toxic

      Pros

      This company truly understands that people have lives outside of work. Very flexible including unlimited PTO that you can actually use. My experience is on the corporate/salaried side, can't speak to the in-center/hourly side. The culture is very trusting and cooperative.

      Cons

      Sometimes the cooperative nature of the culture makes things take much longer than they should and can easily derail your efforts. There's often the proverbial "too many cooks in the kitchen."
