Its all about the money and no support
Pros
The families and children are great. Great childcare discount.
Cons
No work/life balance. The new wages are a terrible idea, hiring at such low rates that you cant get quality staff hired, or they leave soon after for a different job that pays more. Staff are overworked and call out constantly, and no sub-pool to assist when centers are way under staffed. And the district leaders turn it around and put the blame on the CD, but wont come in and help where it is needed. Upper management doesn't help when asked. There is no support and you are left to fend on your own. They cut wages, increased tuition and are pushing to be at 80% capacity or more as soon as possible. The pressure they put on Centers and center directors are sometimes unrealistic. It is all about the money for them.
