Great atmosphere to work in. Friendly customers. Clean center.

Cons

Not paid well for the responsibility of taking care of the children and for all the work that we do. Management has favorites and let those favorites get away with a lot of things like Being late when everyone can see it and it's not fair to all the people who show up on time. Employee drama that is never delt with correctly

Mission is easy to get behind - support early childhood education.

Cons

Toxic executive leadership. Utter lack of direction at every level. I was let go in a group with 10+ coworkers after nearly a decade of seniority by an executive team member that didn't know my name.
