Peers were supportive. My District Manager was a great leader. The education program is the best in the industry. In the past, the Center Director all company meetings were motivating.

Cons

People are treated as easily disposable. Nothing ever feels good enough. The company cares more about making money than it does about the education of children. Labor restraints made it hard to run in ratio. (see DHS reports on how many times the centers are out of ratio).

Working in a field that you can make an impact on the future. Working with children and families. Almost no weekend work.

Cons

Benefits expensive. RVPs disrespectful to center staff. Male leaders show little respect to women and push the line of sexual harassment. Low paid teachers, high turnover, unrealistic revenue growth goals, work life balance, great is never good enough.
