The job itself is tiresome, but easy to follow. The company has outlined lesson plans for each grade level, which makes teaching more simplified, and everyone is on the same page.

Cons

Managers are sometimes unqualified or have issues controlling how much power they have over employees.

Very bad managment as did not seem to know the basic level of respect to employees. It seems fine at the beginning and then they force worker to do more and more. A lot of employees under a lot of stress and this is not good when working with children

If you can get past the newly hired managers that do not know anything about child care you might survive

Cons

The new managers, directors and vice presidents that have no idea what happens in the field, they have no experience running any type of child care institutions. The company has either fired, forced out or dissolved departments that had any experience running this company. Training is non-existent, support at any level is not available and the constant change in direction will make your head spin.
