Pros

The kids and their families are usually great, and sometimes you get lucky with a good co-teacher. Overall there are not many Pros to this company.

Cons

Terrible salary. Lots of work for little pay. Poor management. Always short staffed. Money is priority, NOT the care of the children. High staff turnover.

A great chance to grow and learn as a teacher and really watch the kids get excited about learning

Cons

Middle management is often unreasonable. Upper management is hard to get in touch with and very business focused. They don't seem to actually care about the kids at all.
