Terrible inexperienced executive leaderships in positions they really don't have knowledge or skills in. Lots of behind door conversations happen there and very petty and cut throats decisions are made that eliminate very talented teams or individuals. The whole business model for growing business and the brand is by increasing business with high wealth and upper class families and reducing the subsidized families that KinderCare serve over time.

Management is awful. They cut hours if you file a complaint. They don't pay overtime because they force extended breaks. They sit up at the desk/in the office and gossip about employees openly and then where the gossip spreads blame the teachers. They don't pay nearly enough for the work done, had to have a second job. Management brags about how rich they are and talk poorly about people receiving assistance. They'll send home a state pay child before they will a private pay. Disrespectful to minorities. Don't care about their employees at all. Only care about the students when it's convenient to them or are trying to look good.
