Pros
Decent salary, commute to work was convenient, child care benefit offering is like a golden handcuff because you stay just for it.
Cons
Terrible inexperienced executive leaderships in positions they really don't have knowledge or skills in. Lots of behind door conversations happen there and very petty and cut throats decisions are made that eliminate very talented teams or individuals. The whole business model for growing business and the brand is by increasing business with high wealth and upper class families and reducing the subsidized families that KinderCare serve over time.
