An ok place to work...Worth it if you have kids and need the discount.

Pros

I worked there for about 5 years. I loved the children, parents, and staff. The pay is pretty average and seems not enough for all the work you do but if you have children, the discount and convinence of having them with you it totally worth it.

Cons

The compaany itself is a for-profit company and therefore is a push-push-push type of company when it comes to profit.

I cannot think of any advantages except getting experience to add to your resume. Good for after school hours if in college. Try to find work elsewhere.

Cons

They will send you home if numbers drop. Children are only numbers and income. Pre made curriculum is not what is in the best interest of the children.

Management was poor, not easy to get in contact with manager managers could not handle many of the troubled kids
