You grow attached to the children and seeing the growth within them, is amazing!

Cons

Management talks down on the employees. Promotion within the company, is ruled on favoritism. Not good on giving raises.

Family atmosphere. Love going to work each day to spend time working with children, families and coworkers. Coworkers are very close - like family. They have your back and are very caring.

Cons

Take it personal when a family leaves because you miss them and their children. Won't ever make more than $15 hour being a teacher

Pros

working in Kindercare, you can have flexible schedule and they use computer login system which record your working time correctly.

Cons

due to the ratio problem, and there are not enough staffs in front, so you have to hold your pee when they short of staff!!! and that is terrible!
