      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Love going to work each day to spend time working with children, families and coworkers. Coworkers are very close - like family. They have your back and are very caring.

      Cons

      Take it personal when a family leaves because you miss them and their children. Won't ever make more than $15 hour being a teacher

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
