Pros

The people at Kennedys are possibly one of the biggest pro- they create a friendly and supportive environment and ultimately a positive culture. I have had opportunities to collaborate with international offices and work on pieces of litigation in a range of jurisdictions. I have been pushed and challenged, but in a supportive manner and been able to shape my training contract to my needs and career goals.

Cons

The salary is perhaps not as good as other firms, but that is possibly countered by a better work life balance and more consistent finishing time. There are discrepancies between the offices as to how seats are allocated and the opportunities available.

Pros

Work Life Balance is great, especially if you have children. Non-management people are all very nice. Lawyers are pushed to breaking point. Lack of budget in key areas of the business.

Cons

No business direction or plan. Data is mostly incorrect and management won't allow the tools to fix them. No development of career or work position. Lack of career opportunities for business services.
