Pros

Salary is competitive. Good office locations.

Cons

Management. Awful supervisors with demeaning behaviour. Need management training courses and lessons on how to speak with people like they are human. Claim to provide a good work/life balance but criticise fee earners if they only work their contracted hours and not 12 hour days.

The great people, generally a steady (rather than constantly changing) focus, quality of business services, appreciation of work/life balance and mental health, tries to do the right thing.

Pros

People are always willing to help whenever you are stuck on a case. Or if you need to go away on annual leave the team members will do their best to assist with your work load of course you have to ensure the essential tasks are done.

Cons

The case load for each fee earner is ridiculously high! This can be easily managed by employing more fee earners but not the case. Sometimes it affects turns over of case settlement.
