Pros

Kennedys provided timely opportunities in order to gain a broad exposure of experiences. Specific team members were supportive and approachable when seeking guidance.

Cons

The team are expected to work longer hours on most days which shows commitment from many individuals; if it were recognised periodically then it would help to enhance morale.

Plenty of support and guidance

Pros

Great support from supervisors and colleagues which, as a junior fee earner, is good to have. All colleagues including Partners and Senior Associates are on hand to provide guidance. Since joining, I have been trusted with a complex and interesting caseload.

Cons

Offices can look cluttered due to boxes of files which doesn't look great or feel very modern. Would be great to become paperless and get everything online.

Pros

Good opportunities for development, emphasis on 'home grown' talent. I have had support for both internal and external training.

Cons

Most Kennedys offices have the same look and feel, however not all are as impressive as the London 'hub'.
