I have been at Kennedys for over 6 years and in this time I have been given a number of promotion opportunities. The most recent opportunity is a secondment to one of our international offices. Although located in different offices throughout the UK and internationally, all staff pull together to achieve the firms values and goals.

Cons

Some of the offices outside of London do with a bit of a face lift to bring in line with the overall Kennedy's brand.

Full of good people, good work life balance, great client base, knowledgeable and mostly approachable people. International presence. Good name in the insurance industry.

Cons

Very difficult to progress unless you're a trainee. Salaries are below average. Very horizontal structure with few partners and a lot of over qualified cheap paralegals.
