Good health benefits. Bonuses are better than average.

Cons

Faceless. Overtime is a no-no. Many tasks are slowed down on web-based system. Court websites blocked or IT has to create a workaround. Feel like a number, not a part of the global team. Quiet environment. You are either overworked or underworked.

Pros

Kennedys live by their values, and are truly innovative in some of the ways they are delivering legal services to clients. The large number of non-qualified lawyers helps make for a less stuffy atmosphere than some law firms I've worked for and the partners are, in the main, open to ideas and advice. They're also nice people.

Cons

None, really. Standards are high, and it's a very commercial firm, so don't expect to coast.
