Overall I had a good working experience, nice teammates, the opportunity of multitasking, they had both infrastructure projects (Telco are) and software projects (Oracle platform).

Cons

They should create training programs and improve their internal communication, I also recommend them to prove their appreciation in relashion with their emoloyees.

A professional environment with a human touch to it. A stable and innovative company with some nice product that operates on a global scale.

Cons

Communication strategy could be better. Company believes in a rigid organisational structure and might not be to most agile environment.
