      broad portfolio of international customers and projects senior management has become much more international over the last decade eager to innovate willing to invest in acquisitions organisation is adapted to market needs

      largely family controlled but also partially listed just like in many other cases the company values are relative politics and lack of consistency means that the execution of strategic plans is hindered unprofitable parts of the business are maintained

      salary and the bonuses are great. have a politics to upgrade salary twice a year due local economics. it's quite too

      Cons

      persons are hard to deal with sometimes, but there are great persons inside. PM are not the best and it's quite boring because all it's yellow and grey.
