      Sometimes it can be possible to work from home; The company gives more time to spend your holidays comparing to other companies.

      Cons

      There is no structure in the company, upper management doesn't communicate efficiently with the employees, they expect pro-activity and hard working. When you propose something for the business, they are not open-minded and flexible. The teams doesn't communicate very good. It can appear many conflicts between customers and the company. They doesn't respect the SLA of the contracts with the customers.
