After years of no investment, this division finally put R&D money into the product and is showing promise. It was just bought by Kapsch so too early to tell how they'll handle it.
Cons
Friction between marketing folks who have no budget but want infinite features and engineers who have to add new features without breaking old ones - what else is new.
