      Pros

      Great flexibility and independence. Not a lot of micro-management. Movement within company is pretty easy. Pay is fair to good for the job position.

      Cons

      Somewhat disorganized, appear to be going through some growing pains and it shows. Fairly consistent reorganizations at all levels. Once this settles it will likely be a pro.

      Pros

      Friendly, open environment in which you can ask anyone questions Small company but potential for moving up quickly Management is trusting of distributing responsibilities relative to your skill level I got to work daily with greatly talented individuals

      Cons

      Majority of the time was very busy and be prepared to get pulled in different directions by multiple tasks Pay is on the lower end of the scale Very traditional company, there isn't really a sense of work culture Technologies tend to run on the outdated side, don't expect anything to be cutting-edge Benefits are subpar compared to packages offered by other companies
