If you have any amount of talent or self respect, avoid this place. Your efforts will not be recognized and no amount of hard work will pay off in the future. Where you are is where you'll stay.

Their Austin office is an incredibly unpleasant place to work. They had to have multiple meetings in the two years while I was there about employees not yelling offensive things at each other in the open cubicle section of the office. Coworkers would regularly try to start offensive debates in the break room HR was in the room or in earshot for several of them and did nothing. I was also forwarded chats where people used the office chat system to send offensive jokes. And it is largely staffed by people who are just doing as little work as possible. There were dev deadlines that were literally years past due. The office culture here is the worst I have ever experienced. Would not recommend to anyone.
