I have met some really great people and given the opportunity to develop new skills

Cons

They either take too long to make decisions or change their minds at the last minute. It is an Austrian company and some of their decisions do not translate well to US operations. The US is trying to improve the culture and it's better than when I started two years ago but there are still some bad apples
