      Good colleagues Benefits are good Leadership cares No day is the same which keeps things interesting (role-dependent)

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Many folks are overworked/wear many hats which burns people out. Not consistent in process improvement. Have people doing mix of old and new processes, etc. And can be a burden. And the rules can be very different between departments. Some of the same challenges from years ago exist today. Many things have improved, but sometimes feels like org is too slow.
