Cons

Poor top level management without market vision, stressfull situation due to lack of skillsets, huge discrepancy on salary between employees, continous revenue decreases since 5 years, KCC has reported loss since 3 years, lot of resignments which increase work load on remaining employees, ....

Pros

Very dedicated people. People that have left for greener pastures have returned to the benefit of the employee and the organization. Significant opportunities to work on high-profile projects in a recession-resistant industry. Serious satisfaction when people understand how much impact your work has on their lives.

Cons

Software interface was a bit archaic, but it was evolving. Life safety work is sort of like the airline industry- it needs to be bulletproof, which doesn't lend itself well to cowboy programmers (software or PLC controls).

Pros

After years of no investment, this division finally put R&D money into the product and is showing promise. It was just bought by Kapsch so too early to tell how they'll handle it.

Cons

Friction between marketing folks who have no budget but want infinite features and engineers who have to add new features without breaking old ones - what else is new.
