close to public transportation and shopping

Cons

An over-all inability of leaders to recognise employee disengagement, while they constantly reference a great company culture that doesn't exist. This kind of "leadership" creates a dead-end and hopelessly mediocre performance level, where you can only be a good as your manager ... and that isn't that good.

Very kind and friendly staff. Often some really interesting work and great clients. Lots of women in the company.

Highly disorganised. Some parts of the business are far more hardworking than others.

Management doesn't want you to succeed Systems are sooo outdated If you want to learn how things work nobody knows or they tell you it's not your job
