Pros

Great people, collaborative friendly culture, good location, office space and environment. Learning culture, charitable activities and good work-life-balance. Working remotely is possible and everyone very flexible and accommodating. Salaries are competitive and the atmosphere of the teams and management supportive. Good company size which makes it possible to know practically everyone in the office and learn directly from leading experts in the industry.

Cons

With any growing company it can sometimes take a while to move things forward. Progression can take some time.

Great perks, bad salary

Pros

Two work from home days, 20 days off a year plus 10 sick days from the start although I believe this has changed, flexible hours and decent work-life-balance when it's needed. Definitely good perks to have.

Cons

Long hours, technical difficulties, new management still learning the ropes of what it takes to be a good manager, a senior staff that is a bully, but most of all, salaries are extremely low for the work we do. Increases are minimal and several fear for our jobs because of company stability. No room to grow.
