Good location. No crazy long hours. In general, great and very talented people.

Cons

The company is not interested in talent retention or promoting personal development or career progression which is a shame because there is a lot of wasted talent. Their HR department have no interest in creating any company culture or values. They are clearly falling behind of what a modern company should look like. Salaries are low compare to market rates and it is practically impossible to get a pay rise. Majority of people are underpaid and will be disposed of as soon as they find a way to outsource their roles.
