The company lacks a vision, which makes it a very dull place to work. While I had high hopes, my experience at Vermeer was agonizing. There was never a sense of "why" behind anything the firm did, or at least it was never conveyed through the ranks. Branding as a topic is extremely interesting, but the actual deliverables and assignments at Vermeer were consistently bland. There was just a lot of wasted time during the day doing work that didn't really matter. The other employees also felt equally uninspired. This is depressing for me to even write. I wish everyone the best. Also the pay is too low.
