Pros

Good pay only if you are uni student and haven't got the qualifications for your proper degree yet or you're not going to uni and are unskilled. Otherwise no reason to stay here. Anyone with a basic understanding of English can do this job properly.

Cons

No promotions or up-skilling available and loyalty is not rewarded at all team leaders are passive aggressive and should take some time to walk in their employees shoes instead of criticising. The most repetitive and boring job anyone could work at i dont know how the older folks stay there. Should consider why their employee turn over rate is so high
