great people & opportunity to work on multifaceted projects & work remote/hybrid

Cons

Below average benefits and salary across the board unless green new hires, leading to disengagement and resentment. disorganization and lack of communication across senior leadership, who aren’t properly trained people managers and constantly push you to over-perform, only to say you’re under-performing because you aren’t above average. token diversity initiatives don’t do much to quell the “othering” felt by diverse employees.

Pros

Good benefits package overall. Flexible with hybrid working. Very friendly staff.

Cons

First year working there is ok - you learn a lot. After, they give you more and more work to do without offering opportunities increasing salary (which is low overall) or career progression. . Management does not care about you advancing your skills and will try to overload you with stuff that they supposed to do and after take credit for your work. Overall you'll feel drained and its hard to climb the ladder with unclear promises from the management. Good for a year- quit after and avoid.

Some smart people that are great to work with.

Cons

- The "diversity" is laughable. All white people (mostly men) in high-up leadership roles - Terrible work-life balance - High rate of turnover and layoffs in my business line - Poor senior management - Culture of fear
